About me…

Originally from Kansas City, I started working with trauma survivors in 2013 through the nonprofit organization RAINN and their Speakers’ Bureau. In 2016, I started my own nonprofit, Counterclockwise, which provides information about anxiety, PTSD, crisis support, and recovery coaching. In 2020, I sought to enhance my knowledge of mental health and the effects of trauma through a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis on trauma. After finishing my coursework in November 2023, I began my clinical hours in May 2024 at Yellowstone Recovery Center. I am scheduled to graduate in March 2025.
